This is a batch converter that can convert PDF drawings into industry standard CAD drawing formats DWG or DXF.
PDF to CAD Converter is a batch converter that converts PDF documents into editable AutoCAD DWG or DXF files. That lets you recover the entities in PDF to corresponding DWG entities easily. While working with drawings and working in a collaborative environment, there will be partners who may not have invested in a CAD system and use PDFs only. You may need to get such drawings converted back into CAD drawing files to be able to edit them, modify them and so on. This batch converter then could be a very handy tool for you easily. This is a standalone program and does not need AutoCAD to be available. The tool is able to create layers in the resulting AutoCAD files appropriately from the PDF files. PDF drawing entities are also restored properly. These include polylines, polygons, text etc.
The tool would be able to extract any raster images that may be embedded into the PDF files. It is a batch converter and can thus convert thousands of files at a time. All it requires is the program to be set up properly. That task is quite a simple one through the interface. Once list of the files have been created in the interface, a list in order of which you want to process the documents, it just takes one click to get the process started. You can specify an output directory. Give this tool a try if you have this need of converting PDFs back into drawings. Remember though, the trial version can be used only 20 times.
